Rule 8.145 - SUPERSEDEAS ON APPEAL(a)Granting of Supersedeas. The court in considering the welfare and best interest of the child and the interest of the public may grant a supersedeas in its discretion on such conditions as it may determine are appropriate.(b)Preeminence of Rule.
