Rule 318 - Claims of Creditors(a) IN GENERAL. A claimant whose presented claim has not been paid or whose claim has been denied in whole or in part may petition the court for determination of the claim at any time before it is barred by the applicable statute of limitations by filing and serving on the conservator a petition for determination of claim on the form maintained by the Register of Wills or on a form that is substantially similar in format and content.(b) RESPONSE. The conservator may file and serve on the claimant a response to the petition no later 14 days after the petition is served.Adopted by Order dated March 4, 2022, effective 8/22/2022.
