Rule 115 - Closing a Case Despite Irregularity or Default

When an irregularity or default in the administration of an intervention proceeding, decedent's estate, minor child's estate, trusts, or other fiduciary case exists, but no party appears to be materially adversely affected, the Register of Wills or the AuditorMaster, after notice to all interested persons, may request the court to close the case unless a party shows cause why the court should take further action.
