Chapter - APPLICABILITY

This Code shall apply to the Chief Administrative Law Judge and all Administrative Law Judges appointed to a position in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) pursuant to [the] Office of Administrative Hearings Establishment Act of 2001, D.C. Law 14-76, codified at D.C. Official Code §§ 2-1831.01 et seq., as amended.

Adopted by Office Order 2004-01 on August 31, 2004, and amended on 6/15/2005 and 4/14/2006by the Chief Administrative Law Judge pursuant to Section 8(a)(9) the Office of Administrative Hearings Establishment Act of 2001, D.C. Law 14-76, codified at D.C. Official Code §§ 2-1831.05(a)(9).
