Rule 17 - Opinions and orders(a)Final decisions. -All decisions finally determining or terminating a case shall be made by written opinion, or by written order, as determined by the Court.(b)Filing. -Each written opinion or order of the Court shall be filed with the Clerk.(c)Special contents. -Each written opinion or order of the Court shall bear 2 dates immediately under the caption of the case: (i)Submitted date. -The date of submission of the matter for decision; and(ii)Decided date. -The date the opinion or order is filed. Each written opinion of the Court, in a matter which was orally argued, shall identify by name the attorneys who presented the oral argument.
