Rule 242.37 - Proceedings Before Supreme Court(a) Briefs. The appellant must serve and file the opening brief within 28 days after the record is filed. The appellee must serve and file the answer brief within 28 days after service of the opening brief. The appellant may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after service of the answer brief.(b) Oral argument. Oral argument may be allowed at the discretion of the court in accordance with C.A.R. 34.(c) Disposition.
