Rule 3.3 - Appeals of Grant or Denial of Class Certification

An appeal from an written, signed, and dated order granting or denying class certification under C.R.C.P. 23(f) may be allowed pursuant to the procedures set forth in that rule and C.R.S. § 13 - 20-901.
