Rule 10.1 - Regional Judicial Districts

Regional Judicial Districts refer to distinct branches of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County as shall be defined by the Presiding Judge through Administrative Order.

HISTORICAL NOTES

Former Rule 10.1, formerly Rule 9.1 added March 6, 1980 (amended nunc pro tunc July 25, 1980), effective April 1, 1980, renumbered as Rule 10.1 June 27, 1989, which provided definitions, was repealed Oct. 8, 2004, effective Nov. 1, 2004.
