Rule 18, added March 12, 1996, effective March 15, 1996, related to participation by judges in settlement negotiations in criminal cases.

R-96-0028 provided in part, "All local rules which are currently in effect in any county of the State of Arizona and which authorize judges' participation in settlement discussions are hereby abrogated."
