Rule 8.5 - Stipulations and Motions: Proposed Forms of Orders and Judgmentsa. Filing of Orders. All stipulations shall be accompanied by a proposed form of order. The party submitting the stipulation shall include copies to be conformed, together with envelopes stamped and addressed to each party who has entered an appearance in the case. If the proposed form of order is signed, no minute entry shall issue.b. Separate Document. Proposed orders prepared by counsel for the signature of a superior court judge or commissioner will be prepared on a separate document containing the heading data required by these Rules, and shall not be included as an integral part of stipulations, motions, or other pleadings.c. Copies of Orders. Any motion accompanied by a proposed form order shall also include with it copies to be conformed for distribution by counsel to all parties.d. Copies of Judgments. At the time of submitting a proposed form of judgment, the submitting party shall provide the required number of copies to be conformed by the Clerk.Added as Rule 10.5, Jan. 14, 1999, effective 2/1/1999.
