Rule 1.1 - Hours of the Courta. Clerk's Office. Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court will be open for business from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. except Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.b. Jury Trials. Unless otherwise directed by the trial judge, trials will be conducted between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Counsel shall meet with the trial judge, in chambers, by 8:30 a.m. on first day of the trial.Added Dec. 1, 1987, effective 2/15/1988.
