Rule 4.4 - Notice of Withdrawal of Attorney of Recorda. Counsel of Record: Once an attorney has appeared on behalf of a party, that attorney will be deemed attorney of record for that party until such time as the attorney or the party files a Notice of Withdrawal of Attorney of Record as set forth below. Upon filing of such notice, the attorney shall no longer be deemed attorney of record for that party.b. Withdrawal; Timing and Procedure: When a judgment, decree, or other appealable order in a Family Court case has become final and is no longer subject to appeal, and when there are no pending hearings, trials, or other proceedings before the court, an attorney of record who does not intend to continue representing a party shall file a Notice of Withdrawal of Attorney. The notice shall state that the attorney will no longer represent the party and provide the last known address and telephone number of the party. The attorney shall provide a copy of the notice to all parties.Adopted Aug. 30, 2017, effective 1/2/2018.
