Where the proposed guardian of a minor is required to be fingerprinted pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 14-5206, the proposed guardian must be fingerprinted promptly after filing the petition for appointment of guardian of a minor. Information about the fees and the procedure for fingerprinting may be obtained by contacting the Clerk of the Court. Rule 21, Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, contains further requirements.
