Rule 4.8 - Contested Matters

In addition to those matters in Rule 27, Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, a contested probate matter includes any of the following:

(A) A request for injunction;

(B) An Order to Show Cause arising under Title 14, Arizona Revised Statutes; or

(C) A civil complaint filed in a probate proceeding.
