Rule 2.18 - Motions, Pleadings, and Other Documents

All original motions, pleadings and documents, except as indicated in Rule 5(g), Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court and shall not constitute part of the records of the court until so filed.
