Rule 75 - Record Of Proceedings-Transcript As Evidence(a)Record of Proceedings. In all actions and proceedings in the superior court there shall be kept a stenographic or electronic record of the following: (1) All proceedings had in open court unless the parties with the approval of the judge shall specifically agree to the contrary; and(2) Such other proceedings as may be required by court rule or order of the court.(b)Transcript as Evidence. Whenever the testimony of a witness at a trial or a hearing which was stenographically reported or electronically recorded is admissible in evidence at a later trial, it may be proved by the transcripts thereof duly certified by the person who reported the testimony or by an officer of the court.Adopted by SCO 5 October 9, 1959; amended by SCO 465 effective June 1, 1981.
