Rule 103 - Attorneys and Counselors(a) All attorneys admitted to practice law in the state of Alaska are qualified to practice in the appellate courts. (b) On motion to either appellate court, other attorneys may be permitted to practice in that court pursuant to Civil Rule 81(a)(2) and (3). The clerk may determine motions filed under this section.(c) If an attorney has been permitted to practice in the trial court under Civil Rule 81(a)(2), that attorney may be permitted to practice in the appellate court in the same action or proceeding without motion, upon filing with the clerk of the appellate courts a copy of the trial court's order permitting the attorney to practice, a copy of the certificate of good standing which was furnished to the trial court, and a statement of the name, address and telephone number of the local counsel with whom the attorney is associated.Amended by SCO 439 effective 11/15/1980; and by SCO 590 effective 3/1/1984
