Form 23 - Summary of rulings and actions adverse to appellant

RECORD PAGE No.	SUMMARY
2	Overruling demurrer to indictment. The demurrer is set out on page 5 of the record and the indictment on page 1.
14 - 40	Action of trial court in excusing all the officers and the State Toxicologists from the rule to which action the appellant duly reserved an exception.
35 - 40	Overruling motion to quash search warrant to suppress the evidence obtained thereunder, to which action the appellant duly reserved an exception. This is also reflected in the minutes entry on page 2 of the record.
54	Admitting into evidence over appellant's timely objection the search warrant, State's Exhibit No. 1.
58	Admitting into evidence picture marked State's Exhibit No. 2 over appellant's objection, to which action the appellant duly reserved an exception.
69-70	Sustaining objection of the District Attorney to questions of defense counsel about other persons being charged as a result of the same search of the house in which appellant resided.
74	Admitting into evidence over the objection of appellant the photograph marked "State's Exhibit No. 3" being photo of the strainer and tray, to which action the appellant duly reserved an exception as being fruits of an illegal search.
80-81	Allowing witness, Lamar Miller, to testify to what he found in the room identified to him as having been the room in which appellant slept, over timely objection of the appellant, on the ground that it was part of an illegal search, to which action the appellant duly excepted.
