Section 3-4 - Description of the Program

The Authority is authorized under the Act to issue bonds and to use the proceeds to purchase loans from Lenders for Projects located in the State of Wyoming. The bonds are payable solely from loan repayments and one or more Credit Enhancement Arrangements.
