Section 7-2 - Application of Rules

These rules apply to all appeals brought before a county board concerning those matters administered by the assessor under Title 39 of the Wyoming Statutes, Taxation and Revenue. Specifically, these rules shall apply to appeals authorized in W.S. 39-13-109(b) and brought before a county board from any final assessment decision of the assessor.
