Section 7-17 - Evidence

All evidence, including expert opinion testimony, which is not irrelevant, immaterial or unduly repetitious shall be admitted at the hearing. The county board will give effect to the rules of privilege recognized by law. W.S. 16-3-108 generally sets forth the rules of evidence which shall be followed by the county board.
