Section 29-3 - Promulgation, Amendment, or Repeal of Rules

Any amendments to these rules shall become effective as provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. 16-3-101 through W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-115 ) and when signed by the Governor and filed with the Secretary of State's Office.
