The Board shall annually elect from its own membership a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary-treasurer who shall assume the duties of their offices at the close of the meeting at which they are elected and serve for a term of one (1) year. If an officer resigns or vacates his position prior to the expiration of his term, the Board may elect a replacement to serve the remainder of the term.
