078-2 Wyo. Code R. § 2-1
The Board shall consist of six (6) persons, all of whom are residents of Wyoming for a minimum of one (1) year and who are appointed by the governor by and with the consent of the senate: one (1) licensed person from each of the four (4) disciplines plus two (2) persons from public at large. Board members shall service three (3) year terms. The slate organization representing each discipline licensed by the Board is responsible for providing Governor with a list of eligible recommended persons from which the Governor shall select, hi cases where vacancies occur on the Board the discipline group affected by vacancy shall provide a list of names of eligible candidates to the Governor within sixty (60) days. Public at large vacancies shall be filled at the pleasure of the Governor.
