The Mental Health Professions Licensing Board is created by W.S. 33-38-101 through -113, hereinafter referred to as the Act. The Board is authorized under the Act, specifically W.S. W.S. 33-38-105(a), the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act (W.S. 16-3-101, et seq), specifically W.S. W.S. 16-3-104(j), and W.S. W.S. 33-1-302(a) to promulgate rules.
