Services for which the Board charges a fee include but are not limited to the following:
(a) Application Fee: $275
(b) Temporary Application and License Fee: $150
(c) Initial License Fee: $200
(d) Initial Certification Fee: $200
(e) Provisional License Fee: $200
(f) Annual License Renewal Fee: $200
(g) Annual Certification Renewal Fee: $200
(h) Late Fee for License or Certification Renewal: $200
(i) License or Certification Verification Fee: $15
(j) Replacement Document Fee: $25
(k) Restoration of Expired License Fee: $200
(l) Non-sufficient funds fee will be charged in accordance with W.S. 1-1-115.
