The Wyoming State Board of Psychology Rules and Regulations are set forth for the purpose of interpreting and implementing W.S. 33-27-113 through 33-27-123, establishing the Board and conferring upon it the responsibility for licensing psychologists, certifying psychological practitioners and specialists in school psychology, and regulating the practice of psychology in the State of Wyoming.
