Section 8-18 - Contested Case Hearings

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) shall act as the hearing officer and shall preside over the formal contested case hearing which shall be conducted pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and Chapter 2 of the OAH rules concerning contested case proceedings.
