(a) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount, by money order or cashier's check for all services and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered. Fees for renewal of license or certification may be paid by personal check. License or certificate holder's renewing online shall use a credit card.
(b) All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable
(c) In accordance with W.S. 1-1-115 the Board may charge a collection fee for any returned checks.
