Available emergency funding for capital projects statewide for this chapter is allocated pursuant toLaws 2007, Chapter 136, Section 328(a)(v). The Board shall determine how much of the available funding to expend for grants under this chapter. Any monies authorized by this subsection remaining unexpended or unobligated on June 30, 2008 shall revert to the budget reserve account.
