Section 3-3 - Uses on Easements

(a) The Board may grant easements for the following uses of state land:

• (i) Ditches

• (ii) Overhead wires

• (iii) Pipelines

• (iv) Railroads

• (v) Reservoirs

• (vi) Public Roads and Highways

• (vii) Roadways to Private Land or Residences

• (viii) Snow fences

• (ix) Underground cables

• (x) Open space

• (xi) Any other appropriate use
