The Supervisor and his Authorized Agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to go upon and inspect any oil and gas properties and wells for the purpose of making any investigation or tests to ascertain whether the provisions of the Wyoming Conservation Act, Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 30-5-101, et seq., or these rules are being complied with and shall report any violation thereof to the Commission. The Supervisor and his Authorized Agents shall have access to all wells at all reasonable times for the purpose of plugging and abandonment and to well sites for the purpose of reclamation if the Supervisor determines that the wells and/or well sites should be added to his well plugging schedule as provided in Chapter 3, Section 16(f) of these rules.
