Section 6-6 - Annual Report

All programs, excluding those with provisional approval, shall submit an annual report on or before October 31 to the Board. The annual report shall include:

(a) Program compliance report;

(b) Projected program changes;

(c) Faculty data forms; and

(d) Current college catalog.
