The Division shall pay for acupuncture procedures only if the services are performed by a health care provider as defined in W.S. § 27-14-102(a)(x), who is certified to perform acupuncture. Before the Division will issue any payment for acupuncture services, the health care provider shall submit to the Division proof of certification in acupuncture from an accredited school or a school that is a candidate for accreditation.
