Section 9-7 - Reports When No Contributions Have Accrued

Every employer subject to the Wyoming Employment Security Law is required to submit the regular quarterly contribution reports even though no contributions have accrued with respect to a particular quarter. Employers shall file reports for such period and shall continue to file such reports until the Division has approved an application to discontinue filing reports.
