Section 17-10 - Dissolution of an Employer Group

The dissolution of an Employer Group can only be effected by such an Employer Group up making written application for the dissolution of the group on or prior to October 1 for the dissolution to be effective on December 31 of that same calendar year, provided that the Employer Group has been in existence at least two calendar years before the effective date of the dissolution of the Employer Group.
