Section 16-3 - Conduct of Hearing

The hearing on enjoining an employer shall be held under the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 16-3-101, et seq., and shall be conducted by the division's appeals examiner or other appropriate personnel designated by the division.
