Section 75.1808 - Maintenance of approved books and records; requirements

All approved books and records maintained under the provisions of SS 75.1801 through 75.1807 shall be stored in a fireproof repository on the surface of the mine chosen by the mine operator to minimize their destruction by fire or other hazard and such records shall be made available to interested persons.
