The Division shall only pay for up to six months of residential and treatment costs on any court-ordered placement in a facility or group home. To renew an ongoing placement for any additional six-month period, the field office must have completed a Division periodic review form. After 17 months have elapsed from the time of original placement, the Division's 18-month dispositional review requirement shall have been completed and documented on the Division periodic review form.
