(a) CSE performs quarterly data matches with financial institutions transacting business in Wyoming.
(b) OCSE performs quarterly data matches with financial institutions conducting business in more than one state on behalf of CSE.
(c) Names of obligors who have been submitted for federal income tax refund offset program are submitted for MSFIDM. OCSE conducts MSFIDMs and distributes match files to CSE.
