Section 1-4 - Interpretive Notices

The Division may issue manuals, bulletins, notices, or letter to interpret the provisions of these rules. Such manuals, bulletins, notices, and letters shall be consistent with and reflect the policies contained in these rules. The provisions contained in the manuals, bulletins, notices, or letter shall be subordinate to W.S. § 9-2-1208 and these rules.
