A complaint may be made by setting forth in writing the act done or omitted by the Grantee in violation of state and federal law, order, rule or standard over which the Division has jurisdiction. If the complaint(s) is not under the jurisdiction of the Division, the person making the complaint will be directed to the appropriate authority for review. All complaints that are within the jurisdiction of the Division will be handled in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Aging Division Operational Rules.
