Section 4-2 - Purpose

This Chapter is being adopted to:

(a) Provide admission and discharge processes;

(b) Establish eligibility criteria for Acquired Brain Injury applicants to the Center;

(c) Prescribe the Individual Program Plan process; and

(d) Define rehabilitation services.
