Section 3-3 - Purpose

This Chapter is being adopted to:

(a) Provide admission and discharge processes;

(b) Establish eligibility criteria for applicants to the Canyons program at the Center;

(c) Prescribe the Individual Program Plan process; and

(d) Define active treatment services.
