Section 2-2 - Purpose

This Chapter is adopted to provide uniform procedures for the conduct of contested cases involving services at the Wyoming Life Resource Center. Contested case hearings regarding the services at the Wyoming Life Resource Center shall be conducted in accordance with these rules, unless otherwise provided by Wyoming State statute or Federal law.
