Section 1-12 - Reporting

The Board, in consultation with the Division, will review and evaluate program and fiscal reports:

(a) Signed, original quarterly fiscal reports must be submitted to the grantee's WSSB Board representative by the fifteenth (15^th) day of the month following the end of each quarter.

(b) Signed, original year-end performance reports must be submitted to the grantee's WSSB Board representative by the fifteenth (15^th) day following the end of the fiscal year.

(c) Quarterly grant expenditure and year-end performance reports shall be approved by formal WSSB action at an advertised public WSSB meeting.
