(a) Applicants shall be considered for admission pursuant to W .S. § 25-9-101.
(b) The agency may admit dependents of qualified veterans and non-veterans pursuant to W.S. § 25-9-102.
(c) In all cases veterans and dependents of veterans shall be given preference of admission.
(d) Agency policies for admission of residents shall be in writing and on file at the home.
