(a) Public records. The name of any physician or contracting entity that receives a loan pursuant to this Chapter, and the amount of such loan, shall be public records.
(b) Confidential records. Any information submitted to the Department by a physician or contracting entity under this Act, which is not already a matter of public record, is confidential and is not a public record under W.S. 16-4-201 through 16-4-205.
