Section 1-1 - Authority

The Wyoming Department of Health is promulgating this Rule pursuant to requirements in 2012 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 26, Section 048, Department of Health, Footnote 4, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act at W.S. § 16-3-101, et seq.
