Pursuant to W.S. 35-1-240, W.S. W.S. W.S. 35-4-107, and W.S. W.S. W.S. 35-4-108, the Wyoming Department of Health is authorized to make rules and regulations pertaining to a list of reportable diseases and conditions. The Wyoming Department of Health is generally authorized pursuant to W.S. W.S. W.S. 35-1-229 to adopt rules as necessary to enforce reportable disease and condition reporting.
